Hangovers can frequently result in an upset stomach and dehydration may make those signs much worse.And certainly do not drink much more.  Even the cutely called hair of the pet heal, i.e. ordering a Bloody Mary to alleviate symptoms in the thumping head, isn't a cure in any way.   Nutritionists and doctors concur , that although a beverage may temporarily alleviate symptoms, it is going to leave you feeling much worse than if you merely rehydrated and remained healthier for, well, at the very least a day.
